Overview

The Sales Director, On Premise is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the On Premise sales function for RedBull New Zealand. This includes driving strategy and performance across bars, clubs, festivals, socializing venues, catering locations, and the management of the On Premise Field Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Sales strategy formulation and execution.
  • Leadership of high-energy, innovative teams.
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Aligned with the Culture and brand values: innovative, witty, professional, contemporary, self-ironic, ingenious and hard-working
  • 8–10 years’ experience in Sales Management with a strong track record, including Field Sales.
  • Proven success in the On Premise market, managing KPIs and implementing trade strategies.
  • Strong technical skills: data analysis, category management, forecasting, relationship building.
  • Experienced in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and an alignment to RedBull’s values.
  • Comfortable navigating corporate, regional, and matrixed organisational structures.
  • Travel 20-30%
