We’re seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Sales Director with a proven track record in solution-based SaaS sales, particularly within the Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth and deepen relationships with existing clients.
- Leverage industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and exceed revenue targets.
- Align SaaS offerings with the evolving needs of the life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a sales territory and lead growth initiatives for the product suite.
- Develop expertise in the company's solutions and their applications in life sciences.
- Communicate the value of technologies from technical and commercial perspectives.
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects by understanding their challenges and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, build stakeholder relationships, and guide opportunities to closure.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams for lead generation and market awareness.
- Act as a voice of the customer, sharing insights with the product team.
Skills & Experience:
- Several years of successful sales experience in the life sciences sector; SaaS experience is highly desirable.
- Proven success in selling into biotech, pharma, healthcare, medical devices, and research industries.
- Experience in developing and executing account strategies with measurable success.
- Consistently achieved or exceeded six-figure annual sales targets.
- Understanding of technologies used within scientific and research enterprises.
- Ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Comfortable managing quotas and contributing to pipeline development.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and curious about new systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Skilled in problem-solving, proposing solutions, and acting decisively.
