Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Sales Team on tasks related to sales commission.
  • Generate sales reports from SAP and CRM.
  • Identify relevant tenders and assist in tender preparation.
  • Coordinate and manage calendar for the sales teams.
  • Prepare customer visit arrangements.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist and support Sales Team on tasks related to sales commission
  • Generate sales report from SAP and CRM tender
  • Identify relevant tenders from the appropriate sources of information and portals
  • Assist in tender preparation for tender submission, example: photocopying of tender documents, binding, filing etc
  • Distribute tender details to Sales Team
  • Assist Account Manager by creating order form for our support team to follow up with sales order in SAP
  • Assist Account Manager by handling daily sales enquiries from customer through calls and emails
  • Collaborate with other BU to ensure that issues are handled immediately
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar for the sales teams including appointments, meetings, training, travel etc.
  • Responsible for preparation and arrangement of all customer visits, e.g., lunch arrangements
  • Generate report from SAP & CRM
  • Assist to make travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Responsible for organising internal and external meetings ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas, lunch
  • Responsible for expenses claims submission for Segment Head
  • Follow up on expiry contracts
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least “O" / "A" Level, or Diploma holders
  • Proven at least 1 Year(s) of working experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM software is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
