You will be held accountable for performance by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training the partner’s staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.We encourage our partner staff through our forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple every single day. You are a salesperson, leader and influencer within one or a number of multi-branded retail partner stores.

Description

- We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.- You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suits their needs.- You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.- Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products.- You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.You would be allocated to one of the below community should the interview rounds be successful:- Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun): Auckland - Mount Wellington- Part-time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs - Sun): Auckland - Albany / Mount Albert / Botany Downs

Minimum Qualifications
  • For full-timers, you should have availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday) at our partner stores, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
  • For part-timers, the same while being scheduled from Thursdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday)Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
