Job summary

The Outlet in Whangārei is hiring a Sales Assistant on a fixed term basis from ASAP until February 2027, with a variety of set shifts (6–36 hours per week) to suit your availability.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product inquiries and purchases, process transactions, maintain store presentation, support stock and operations, and contribute to a positive team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customerservice experience preferred.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across weekends.

We have a variety of set shifts available, with opportunities ranging from approximately 6 to 36 hours per week. There is flexibility to select a combination of the below shifts that works best for you.

Available shifts:

• Monday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am - 4:00pm or 11:00am - 5:15pm
• Thursday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm or 10:30am - 5:30pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
