Job summary

Farmers Trading Company Ltd in Thames is seeking a Sales and Service Assistant for a part-time role. You will be energetic, provide friendly customer service, and help shoppers find what they need.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, with a can-do attitude. Shifts are Mon 9am-5pm, Fri 10am-5:15pm and Sat 9am-3:15pm, with flexibility during busy periods and Christmas. NZ entitlement required.

Our Thamesstoreis looking for an energeticSales and Service Assistant to join our team. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 yearsretail experience.

This is a key role that is all about providing our customers with friendly, helpful service. You'll provide a great customer shopping experience by:

• Welcoming customers to our store and offering assistance
• Listening to their needs and finding solutions
• Providing product knowledge to help customers make their selection
• Ensuring the department is kept tidy and well stocked
• Providing assistance in our fitting rooms

This role is a Part TIme and will involve working Monday 9am-5pm, Friday 10am-5.15pm & Saturday 9am-3.15pm . Flexibility is a must through extended trading hours and Christmas.

Our stores can be busy, so we need someone who is energetic, positive and with a can-do attitude.
