The Sales and Office Coordinator provides sales, operational and administrative support to the New Zealand business. This role supports customer renewals, quoting, sales administration and business development activities, while coordinating office operations, facilities, health and safety, and general business support functions.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Provide day-to-day support to Account Executives and Sales Representatives.
Manage customer, vendor and internal enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service.
Prepare quotations, process orders and maintain accurate records within CRM and business systems.
Coordinate sales administration activities and provide order and renewal status updates.
Manage software, licensing and X-aaS renewal.
Support marketing campaigns and inside sales activities across identified accounts.
Identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and assist in progressing sales opportunities.
Work closely with customers, vendors and distributors to support revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, distributors and internal stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact for enquiries relating to quotes, renewals, orders and software solutions.
Support vendor programs, promotions and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including facilities, office supplies, visitors, events and workspace standards.
Provide general office administration support and assist with onboarding activities.
Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming office environment.
Coordinate facilities maintenance, contractor engagement and compliance requirements.
Manage stock receipting, asset registers, equipment dispatch and customer returns.
Maintain facilities and operational documentation.
Coordinate New Zealand health and safety activities, including hazard management, incident reporting, training and evacuation drills.
Support workplace inductions and maintain health and safety records and compliance documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace health and safety practices.
