About the role

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will take a key role in shaping Quantec’s global sales and marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be driving growth, opening doors to new markets, and helping share their story with the world. We are looking for someone who will add value by coming up with fresh ideas, building strong connections, looking to progress and making a real impact.

In this role, you will
  • Help lead sales activities for IDP and upcoming product launches
  • Build and manage distributor and partner networks in key target export markets
  • Develop and execute brand and marketing communication strategies, with a strong focus on digital and social media
  • Represent Quantec at international conferences, trade shows, and in customer meetings
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions confidently, engaging audiences of all sizes
  • Make science easy to understand and exciting for customers
  • Be flexible and team-orientated, contributing across projects in a small innovative team environment.
Skills and experience

We are looking for someone that who will not only deliver on the key responsibilities of the role but also add value with their creativity, and ready to step up into a leadership position as they grow with the business.

The ideal candidate will have
  • proven experience in B2B sales and marketing experience in health/nutrition/dairy ingredients
  • A record of successful market entry and export sales growth
  • Experience working with distributors in export markets (China and Asia-Pacific highly desirable)
  • Strong brand development and digital marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in public speaking and media
  • A genuine interest in science, health, and nutrition
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work in an agile environment (e.g. supply chain)
