Job summary

Noel Leeming is seeking a 3IC / Sales Consultant to join our Auckland store. You will provide product advice, education and demonstrations to customers while supporting the store's management team.

You will help drive the team to achieve sales targets, supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence, and develop leadership skills within a dynamic retail environment. We value energy, communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Hours of work:

• Monday 8:00am - 5:30pm


• Thursday & Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm


• Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm


• Sunday 9:00am - 4:00pm

What you will be doing?

Providing product advice, education, and demonstrations to our customers is a big part of this role and providing crucial support in the store's management team.

As a 3IC / Sales Consultant you will be responsible, in part, for driving your team to achieve sales success. You will also be responsible for the supervision of team members as directed and in the absence of the Store Manager, giving you the opportunity to develop your natural leadership skills in a retail environment.
