Job description
Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Safety & Compliance Supervisor who’s as comfortable writing reports as they are throwing on a hi-vis and heading out to site. This role is all about balance, keeping our compliance and safety systems sharp, supporting the team with tender bids, and making sure everything runs smoothly both in the office and on the ground.

If you like variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Tender & Project Support: Help us put our best foot forward by preparing health, safety, and compliance content for tenders, and assisting with bid writing.
  • Lead audits, site inspections, and incident investigations, while keeping our H&S systems up to scratch.
  • Prepare reports and updates for the team and directors.
  • Oversee test & tag schedules, equipment maintenance, and PPE/first aid supplies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Health & Safety qualification preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for detail.
  • A background in construction or trades required
  • Experience with compliance, safety systems, or tender writing (big plus if you’ve used Procore).
  • Proactive, practical, and not afraid to have a laugh while getting the job done.

In return we offer a competitive salary, company vehicle, laptop & phone.
