A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Supply Planner to join our leading and growing organisation and YOBD group!

A bit about the role:

The Supply Planner is responsible to determine how best to fulfil the requirements created from the Demand Plan. They will need to balance the supply and demand to ensure that we achieve operational and financial objectives. The supply planner is responsible for Finish Goods (FGs) inventory management manging SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) and working to improve inventory turnover.

A bit about you:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in planning, ideally within a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) environment. Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector and a manufacturing setting is highly desirable. You must possess advanced Excel skills and demonstrate strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage data, reporting, and communication tasks.

Strong oral communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to engage with customers and maintain a customer-centric approach. You will also need excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
