Qualifications

• Experience in designing production-grade backend systems.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency patterns.

Responsibilities

• Solve and validate Rust backend problems including APIs, persistence, concurrency, performance, and reliability.
• Translate requirements into reproducible implementation and testing workflows.
• Design and assess backend architectures for scalability and production readiness.
• Prepare Rust workspaces, configurations, test fixtures, databases, and containerized environments.
• Develop test cases to verify behavior, edge cases, failures, and reliability.
• Debug complex backend issues and identify architectural weaknesses.
• Evaluate asynchronous/concurrent systems and identify bottlenecks.
• Produce technical explanations and artifacts for AI training and evaluation.
• Maintain output quality while meeting weekly task deadlines.
