Job summary

Healthcare Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Robotic Clinical Team Lead for Ascot Hospital in Auckland.

The role involves assisting clinical teams and the Charge Nurse Manager with the operational management of the robotics service, across 6, 8, and 10-hour shifts within the 0700–2000 hours, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. The ideal candidate is a New Zealand Registered Nurse with APC and strong peri-operative experience in robotic surgery, who communicates effectively and collaborates with

Qualifications

• NZRN with APC and peri-operative robotics experience is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with surgeons and teams.
• Able to support operational management of robotics services.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support clinical teams and the Charge Nurse Manager in robotics service operations.
• Manage and optimize staffing for robotic surgery lists and rosters.
• Ensure efficient resource use and best patient outcomes in the robotics program.

We're a leader in robotic-assisted surgeries in urology, gynaecology and general surgery and we're looking for a Robotic Clinical Team Lead to assist and support our clinical teams and our Charge Nurse Manager with operational management of the overall Robotics service at Ascot Hospital. This is a fulltime 1.0 FTE position (40 hrs per week), made up of 6, 8 & 10 hr rostered shifts. Our Theatre operating hours are 0700 - 2000, primarily Monday to Friday plus some Saturday lists.

You are a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC, and strong peri-operative experience with Robotic Surgery. You have excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to develop relationships and engage effectively, including with Surgeons, to ensure the efficient use of resources, best outcomes for patients and a seamless experience for all.
