Responsibilities

• Operate within the Maintenance Division, including truck and digger operations.
• Assist with culvert installs and road repairs as part of a rotating crew.
• Maintain plant and machinery to ensure effective operations.

The Role

We're after a hard-working, can-do operator who's comfortable in a team and confident working unsupervised. You'll rotate across our Maintenance Division, stabilisation crew support, truck work with digger operations, culvert installs (plate compactor), sign installs and small digger tasks. It's a true jack-of-all-trades role with work that changes day to day. When not rotating, you'll join the Pre-mix crew on road repairs.

What you'll bring

• Civil contracting experience (maintenance/roading preferred)
• Class 5 licence with W, T, R endorsements
• Ability to care for and maintain plant and machinery
• Tidy, energetic, and team-focused with good communication skills
• Able to work unsupervised and adapt to changing priorities
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
