Job summary

Radius Residential Care Limited in Tauranga is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care, complete patient assessments and care plans, and administer medicines. You will monitor residents, support families, and promote outcomes that enhance wellbeing.

You must hold a current NZ Annual Practising Certificate, have computer literacy, and enjoy working rosters. New graduates welcome, with a supportive team and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate.
• Computer literacy with concise reporting.
• People skills and empathy for residents and their families.
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts.
• 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse in NZ preferred but not essential – new graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Educate peers about possible side-effects of medicines.
• Monitor residents and initiate appropriate treatment in an emergency.
• Wound management.
• Reassuring and educating residents’ families
