About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monitoring of customer interactions, ensuring quality, fairness and compliance.
  • Conduct control testing and deliver feedback that drives continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify risk trends and process efficiencies.
  • Support incident investigations, complaint resolution, and regulatory reporting.
  • Help shape risk culture through policy development, training, and advisory input.
Qualifications / Who You Are
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments with minimal hand-holding.
  • Strong communicator, able to simplify the complex and engage across all levels.
  • Analytical thinker with solid experience in QA, compliance, or internal controls.
