Job summary

Repertoire in Cambridge, NZ is seeking a part-time retail styling associate to deliver a premium styling experience and build lasting client relationships. You’ll engage customers, showcase looks, and contribute to a high-touch, service-led in-store approach.

You’ll work Tue-Sat 11am–3pm (20 hours/week), representing the Repertoire brand with warmth, style confidence, and strong product knowledge. A fashion-forward personal style and customer-obsessed mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion.
• Strong personal style and confidence in styling women of all ages and body types.
• A proactive, sales-driven mindset with the ability to close.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• High level of presentation and attention to detail.
• A positive, kind and solution-focused approach, aligned with the Repertoire brand and values.
• A willingness to take part in ongoing styling, trend and collection training.
• Reliable and confident working independently, with the professionalism to take ownership across regular weekday and Saturday shifts.
