Responsibilities include product fitting, administrative support, and relationship management with health professionals. Responsibilities

The primary objective of Customer Service Support specialization within Retail Store Operations is to provide clients with professional and knowledgeable sleep support and customer service.

  • May be responsible for screening, product fitting and solutions identification, education and sales, and ongoing management.
  • Will provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drives effective relationships and communication within the team.
  • May liaise and build relationships with Sleep Physicians, General Physicians, Sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain business.
  • Administrative support of key contracts including DHBs, medical staff and other external parties as required.
  • Picking and packing of orders for dispatch/collection.
  • Support roles consist of work in a:
  1. clerical, administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting
  2. specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work
  3. unskilled or semi-skilled operational tasks
  • Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience.
  • Interacts internally to exchange information.
  • Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
