About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the retail store and garden centre, ensuring sales targets are met, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. You will oversee merchandising, stock control, and store presentation while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
  • Ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, health & safety, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
