Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a Supervisor or 2IC role.
• Passion for fashion and premium activewear.
• Strong ability to drive KPIs and sales.
• Eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team with the Store Manager.
• Create an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
• Drive sales, KPIs and store performance with a commercial mindset.
• Oversee daily floor operations, stock, visual merchandising and standards.
• Coach team members and build confidence, capability and accountability.
• Bring Stylerunner energy to every shift, fostering a positive culture.
• Step up and lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain safety, compliance and operational excellence.
