Job description

Pandora offers a retail environment like no other, where our sales colleagues craft the incredible with customers daily by curating our beautiful, hand-made jewellery to create special moments.

We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused Retail Assistant to join our store team on a casual basis. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving and surpassing sales goals, and making a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you!

The role

Our retail assistants are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with our customers. They drive the success of the store by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.

You will interact with people on every shift, helping to create their special memories through our values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Roster

Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm

What To Expect From The Role
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
  • Build a strong connection between our brand and customers by answering queries, delivering exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs and preferences.
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide memorable customer experiences.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and gathering customer data.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in the store.
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising and store presentation, taking pride in your environment.
  • Operate the till system, handle transactions, including returns and exchanges.
