Overview

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in designing, manufacturing and distributing ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. We craft exclusive eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Oliver Peoples, Persol, Costa and more, alongside licensed brands like Tiffany & Co, Burberry, and Chanel. In Australia and New Zealand, we operate brands including Sunglass Hut, Oakley, OPSM, Ray-Ban and Laubman & Pank. We seek a passionate and engaging Part-Time Retail Associate to join our OPSM team in Thames for 3+ hours per week.

You will be involved in the customer’s journey from initial consult and pre-testing to customizing high-fashion frames from luxury brands to suit their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand needs, and guide eyewear selections that align with lifestyle and fashion preferences.
• Support customers through the consult and pre-testing process and assist with frame customization.
• Collaborate with in-store and brand teams to provide high-quality service.
