Woolworths Group New Zealand operates a network of Woolworths Supermarkets and supports a vibrant team across Aotearoa. This role focuses on delivering friendly, personalised service while assisting with daily store operations and maintaining high store standards.

You’ll engage customers, keep shelves stocked with essentials and fresh products, and work with your team to create a welcoming, safe shopping environment that reflects our commitment to customers and the community.

• Drive Product Availability & Quality: Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Support Smooth Operations & Standards: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
