Woolworths Group New Zealand in Dunedin is seeking a frontline team member to deliver exceptional customer service, support daily store operations, and maintain high standards of presentation. You’ll engage customers, help with inquiries, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, with strong communication, integrity, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset. Flexible evening/night hours (4:30 PM–6:30 AM) are required.

• Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Drive Product Availability & Quality: Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Support Smooth Operations & Standards: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
