Job summary

Repco Lower Hutt in Wellington is looking for a Part Time Retail Assistant to help customers, provide product guidance and upsell where possible, while processing sales at the till.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role with strong service orientation.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Confident communicating with a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great in-store experience.
• Provide product guidance and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle sales at the till and process transactions.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock reception, dispatch and storage.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and safety.
