  • Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.
  • Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
  • Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure Store Presentation & Stock Quality: Monitor stock freshness and quality, ensure clean/organised shelves, and support overall store cleanliness.
  • Drive Promotional Execution: Implement promotional displays and signage, ensuring campaign alignment and accurate point-of-sale materials.
  • Support Smooth Operations: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") to achieve seamless daily operations and contribute to store objectives.
  • Prioritise Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
