Job summary

FreshChoice Half Moon Bay in Auckland (Howick area) is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our local team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining display shelves, and upholding food safety standards.

You will work 30 hours per week, including one weekend day, with independent transport. Start date is immediate. Overseas applicants cannot be sponsored; only candidates currently in New Zealand with the right to work will be considered.

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant who lives locally to join our team at FreshChoice Half Moon Bay. This position plays a vital role in maintaining our departments to the highest standards of customer service, presentation, and food safety.

In this hands-on role you will be responsible for:

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Filling and maintenance of display shelves.
• Strictly adhere to Food Safety Policy and Procedures

Applicants need to:

• Be keen to develop a career in the FMCG industry.
• Have independent transport.
• Be able to work 5 days per week,includingone day on the weekend.
• Be physically fit for a hands-on role requiring constant lifting, stacking, bending, kneeling and ladder work.
