Job summary

Ariat is seeking a friendly, energetic Retail Sales Assistant for our Manawa Bay DFO store in New Zealand. You’ll help customers find the right products and ensure an excellent experience with every interaction.

The role is a Christmas casual position requiring availability across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods, with ongoing training and a supportive team environment to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in fashion and/or footwear preferred but not required.
• Availability across weekdays, weekends and peak periods.
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.

About the role

We have Christmas casual positions available, requiring availability across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods. You will be working in a friendly, professional working environment. Ongoing support and training to ensure your success will be provided.

This is a hands-on role covering all areas of retail, you will be responsible for activities including:

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Provide customers with information and support in choosing the product best suited to their needs.
• Creative visual merchandising and managing inventory.
