Job summary

One NZ in Hamilton is seeking a Part-Time Customer Champion Representative for our Chartwell Mall store. You’ll guide the sales journey from discovery to close, offering advice and suitable solutions to both consumer and business customers.

You’ll engage actively, maximize sales opportunities, stay current with product knowledge, and provide hands-on support for device setup and services while meeting rostered shifts.

As a Customer Champion Representative at One NZ, you'll be the ultimate go-to person for our customers' sales and service needs in our retail store. You'll help drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experience and help transform every in-store interaction into a sales opportunity. You'll ensure our customers, both consumers and business, find the perfect solutions for their needs. Whether it's through consultative face-to-face interactions, voice calls, or messaging, you'll guide the sales journey from discovery to close.

We have a Part-Time position (24 hours/week) available at our Chartwell Mall store in Chartwell, Hamilton. Please note applicants must be available for rostered shifts from Monday - Sunday.

You will be responsible for ensuring that One NZ customers' needs are met from offering advice through to the provision of suitable solutions engaging in active listening, management, and care.

In this role you will also:

• Deliver a high standard of customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities in every interaction

• Identify customer opportunities and confidently present our product offerings for both business and consumer customers
