Job summary

Restaurant Brands Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales targets while upholding food safety and health standards. You will lead and coach the team, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with RBL policies.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and effective communication to sustain high performance across shifts and audits. On-site role at NZ locations.

Qualifications

• Attainment of RBL qualifications including LAS and LAR1
• Progress towards LAR2 is expected

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant meets all KFC standards (Operations, Food Safety, Health & Safety)
• Lead team through effective communication to achieve objectives
• Direct team to comply with operational standards and audits
• Coach and build bench for future staffing
• Manage training and performance assessments
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and roster processes
• Control costs and drive sales growth while maintaining quality
