We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-house Food & Beverage. You will play a key leadership role in maintaining service excellence
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the effective daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage services. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
Proven leadership and staff management capabilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards in New Zealand.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience working with hospitality POS and reservation systems.
This is a full-time permanent position, with a 35 hours per week.
Salary will range from $65,000 to $73,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
