Job summary

Star Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Regatta in Takapuna, Auckland. You will lead Front of House operations, maintain service standards and drive a consistently exceptional guest experience in a high-end setting.

You will train and coach the wait staff, oversee CRM and booking systems, and develop the team and service culture while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Current Manager’s Certificate is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a management position within hospitality, preferably in a high-end venue.

Regatta is looking for our next superstar in the shape of a Restaurant Manager; a natural born leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you. You will ideally hold a current Manager’s Certificate and have 3+ years’ experience in a management position within the hospitality industry, particularly in a venue with a high-end offering. You will be responsible for leading Front of House operations, taking ownership of the bistro's service standards and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience. You will train, coach and manage the wait staff team, creating a positive, high performing service culture while maintaining operational excellence. Alongside this, you will oversee customer relationship management, booking systems, team development and other key business functions that contribute to the success of the venue. You fit into the team like a glove and are a key leader of the team, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.
