Qualifications

  • You must be a NZ Registered Nurse with a valid certificate.
  • Well-developed clinical assessment and documentation skills are required.
  • You should have a calm and clear communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support to home and community support workers.
  • Ensure responsive actions to urgent queries and changes in clients' health conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes within the team.

The Response & Quality Coordinator provides telephone support to Enlivens home and community Support Workers to ensure a consistent & prompt response to urgent queries, adverse events, incidents, accidents and changes in clients health conditions. The role also participates in quality improvement processes and other activities within the clinical Service Coordination Team.

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and Experience
  • A NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
  • Well-developed clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • A calm and clear communicator
  • A knowledge of Health & Safety processes.
  • High competency and speed in relevant Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous New Zealand nursing experience in home and community, General Practice, residential care or hospital settings.
  • Experience in a Telehealth environment and/or Quality Improvement would be a bonus
