Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland invites registered nurses to join the Auckland Hospital Resource Nursing Team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will support hospital wards and clinical teams, stepping into varied departments across Auckland Hospital to respond to staffing needs and patient demand.

This role offers opportunities to broaden clinical knowledge across General Medicine, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Obstetrics and Child Health, and Stroke and

Competenze

Registration as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand, with at least two years of clinical experience.
Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different clinical settings and respond to changing patient needs.
Comprehensive orientation, ongoing clinical education, and support will be provided to help you develop your competencies and succeed in this role.
