We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on single-family homes. Successful candidates will be hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. We are looking for candidates who desire a long-term career opportunity with a successful company in the residential services industry.
SUMMARY
Residential Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep and repair of our properties. They must work independently, performing quality repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems is essential. Customer service skills are crucial and must be demonstrated at all times. Documentation is done via smartphones and tablets provided by the company. Candidates with previous plumbing experience are highly preferred.
