Job description

As our Reservations Manager, you are the smooth operator behind every unforgettable stay. You will handle bookings for our Homestead and Villas, ensuring everything is accurate, seamless, and tailored to each guest.

You will juggle guest and agent enquiries, track availability, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure no detail is missed—from dietary notes to celebration surprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all guest bookings across phone, email, and platforms
  • Manage payments, deposits, and availability
  • Provide expert channel management
  • Liaise with Activities and Restaurant teams to ensure everything’s on point
  • Respond quickly and warmly to all guest enquiries
  • Spot upsell opportunities and turn good stays into exceptional ones
  • Keep reports tight, clean, and up to date
What you will bring to the role
  • Experience in hotel reservations or travel agency, including online channel management
  • Sharp eye for detail and organisation
  • Confident, friendly communication style
  • You are familiar with RMS, Opera, or similar systems
  • Proactive mindset—you see the details before they’re missed
