Research, Content and Technology Consultant, Talent & Recruitment Team at Waipapa Taumata Rau, the University of Auckland—New Zealand’s leading university.

Join the Talent & Recruitment team on a permanent, full-time basis to support our international executive search service and recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support international executive search projects for senior academic and professional appointments.
  • Research and identify candidates, manage project logistics (including travel and hosting), and coordinate with senior leaders and external providers.
  • Contribute to our Employer Brand and EVP content across channels such as our Careers site and LinkedIn.
  • Explore new technologies and tools that enhance our recruitment practices and team effectiveness.
What you’ll bring
  • Strong administration, digital, and communication skills, with the ability to sensitively manage confidential information.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a high-trust, motivated team.
  • Curiosity and openness to new technology and systems.
  • Design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva) are an advantage.
  • A tertiary qualification and prior university or academic sector knowledge is preferred.
Details
  • This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a salary band of $72,000 - $88,900, depending on skills and experience.
