Job summary

Woolworths Group New Zealand is seeking an experienced Replenishment Lead to drive stock availability and drive best-in-class shelf presentation across stores in Wellington and Upper Hutt. You will lead the replenishment team, coordinate stock rotations and partner with store leadership to maximise sales.

You will work four weekend shifts per month with at least one Saturday and one Sunday, plus one weekday evening. You will coach teams and implement improvements with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Replenishment team to ensure stock availability and optimal presentation.
• Collaborate with Availability Leader to align fill requirements and prevent gaps.
• Guide SOS and other teams to execute tasks efficiently and to Standard.
• Drive continuous improvement through issue resolution and health checks.
• Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and participate in team initiatives.

• Ensure optimal stock presentation and replenishment: Conduct regular shop floor walks to prioritize, rotate, and present stock to the highest standards, focusing on essentials, promotions, and fresh food.
• Collaborate for seamless product availability: Partner with the Availability Leader to align on fill requirements, preventing gaps and lost sales.
• Guide and support team operations: Provide clear direction to SOS and other teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement: Resolve escalated process issues and conduct regular health checks to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Contribute to store leadership and team collaboration: Step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections.
