The role

Reporting to the Branch Manager – Auckland, you will join our knowledgeable and experienced team and be supported by great training and shared expertise across the business.

As the Rentals & Logistics Manager for the Auckland region, you’ll be responsible for working in collaboration with internal stakeholders to plan, coordinate and manage the daily deliveries of all our lift truck units across the upper North Island. You’ll focus on providing leadership and direction to the Rental and driver team to ensure consistency of processes and processing, as well as ensuring that they provide support to the sales teams to strengthen customer retention and growth of market share.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual individual revenue, gross profit and net contribution financial targets, in line with the annual business plan and budgets. You’ll also be responsible for rental asset management and control across the upper North Island region.

This is a fulltime, permanent role based in East Tamaki, with very occasional travel required across the region.

Your good time management skills and IT savvy will help you enter this role.
