Summary

Are you passionate about using data to drive HR strategy and build equitable, future-focused workplaces? We’re partnering with a leading private sector organisation to find a talented Remuneration & Reporting Specialist to join their Wellington-based team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of remuneration and benefits programmes, ensuring they’re competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals and values. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing insights that shape strategic decisions and support a culture of Diversity, Empowerment, and Inclusion (DEI).

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing remuneration frameworks, including benchmarking, pay equity, and job evaluation.
  • Conducting market research and analysing remuneration and benefits data.
  • Providing recommendations on salary, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Reporting on remuneration, workforce analytics, and DEI metrics.
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and governance requirements.
  • Leading the annual salary review process.
  • Supporting the rollout of a new HRIS, with a focus on remuneration and analytics.
Qualifications
