Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a senior remuneration professional to establish and embed an in-house remuneration function. You will blend collaboration with autonomous delivery to embed the rem function within the existing team in Wellington.

The role focuses on building processes for job evaluation, data security and delivering accurate remuneration guidance across business groups while managing relations with external rem suppliers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in remuneration and data analytics.
• Ability to engage with customers to elicit requirements and explain technical terms.
• Ability to interpret complex legacy data structures.
• Proficient in analytical reporting with data wrangling in Excel and SQL.

We are looking for an experienced remuneration professional with a passion for best practice and a flair for the analytical:

Significant experience in remuneration and data analytics.

The ability to engage with customers to elicit requirements and field concerns whilst explaining technical terms plainly.

The ability to interpret complex legacy data structures.

Highly adept at analytical reporting with technical knowledge of data wrangling in Excel, SQL and to introduce other analytics systems.
