Job summary

Vet's Choice Radiology (VCR) is hiring a Veterinary Clinical Liaison to support remote diagnostic imaging and teleradiology operations. You will coordinate clinical information, review submissions, and ensure smooth communication with veterinary practices across global teams.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong veterinary knowledge, and the ability to work with US-time operations from New Zealand. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Veterinary nursing qualification or equivalent veterinary clinical training.
• Minimum three years of veterinary clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and diagnostic imaging.
• Experience obtaining or reviewing radiographs.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home office and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions for completeness, image quality, clinical history and patient information.
• Monitor workflow queues to ensure timely radiologist turnaround.
• Coordinate with veterinary practices to obtain missing information and clarify requests.
• Provide timely, professional communication to veterinary teams.
• Utilise Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Teams and imaging platforms to support daily operations.
