Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Analyst to join a fully remote team supporting operations across multiple regions, including Queenstown. You will ensure adherence to financial regulations, laws, and internal policies while working independently from your chosen location.

You will conduct comprehensive compliance reviews, develop risk mitigation strategies, and provide expert guidance to business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or audit in financial services.
• Deep understanding of AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field.

• Deep understanding of relevant national and international banking regulations, including AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance matters clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
