You will step into live sessions at short notice, connect with students in virtual classrooms, adapt provided lesson plans, and ensure ongoing supportive feedback while maintaining a safe, engaging online learning environment.

Qualifications

• NZ Registration with Full NZ Teacher Registration.
• Flexibility to cover multiple subjects on short notice.
• Solid understanding of NCEA Levels 2–3 to assist seniors.
• Tech proficiency with digital classroom tools and troubleshooting.
• Reliable and professional with calm, last-minute readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, subject-specific lessons in virtual classrooms (short notice).
• Build rapport with students to keep engagement high.
• Deliver provided lesson plans with energy and clarity.
• Follow the lead of permanent staff to provide feedback and guidance.
• Manage the digital space to keep the classroom safe and productive.
