Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to evaluate AI-generated clinical content and shape how AI interprets EHR workflows and nursing processes. This remote hourly contract offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to patient care improvements.

You will bring RN background, experience with Epic or Cerner, and a knack for translating clinical reasoning into actionable feedback for AI training teams. Work asynchronously on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with clinical background and informatics exposure.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for safety and nursing alignment.
• Strong written and analytical skills to translate clinical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Assess how AI interprets EHR documentation and care protocols.
• Identify gaps or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to nursing informatics.
