Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare content. Your nursing expertise will shape how AI understands EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and patient care processes.

This remote, hourly-contract role evaluates AI outputs for accuracy and safety, identifies gaps, and provides actionable feedback to AI training teams. You’ll work independently on a flexible schedule to contribute to healthcare outcomes

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical background.
• Hands‑on experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner or similar).
• Familiar with clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to spot missing, misleading, or incorrect clinical info.
• Clear written communicator who explains clinical reasoning plainly.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with nursing workflows.
• Review how AI interprets EHR documentation, care protocols, and clinical data.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to healthcare informatics.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reflect nursing practice.
• Translate clinical knowledge into clear, actionable insights for AI training teams.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
