Job summary

CGR Services is seeking a contractor with strong accounting background and AI training experience to support a finance project. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, annotate financial statements, and ensure accuracy across multiple ERP platforms including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle and QuickBooks.

The role requires 3+ years in financial accounting, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to provide clear rational feedback for model improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in financial accounting or FP&A with strong accounting responsibilities.
Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday or similar systems.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
Experience in AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based evaluation is required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, journal entries and treatments.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365.
Create scenarios and reference answers for AI training and model evaluation.
Provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
