Crimson Education is seeking an Execution Mentor to support high-achieving students (Grades 8–10) as a reliable, daily accountability partner. This flexible, contract/hourly role focuses on helping students manage schedules, build momentum, and follow through on academic and extracurricular goals under the guidance of a Senior Executive Function Coach.

You’ll work closely with educators to foster independence, motivation, and structured progress across tasks, with a student-centered approach in

Formación

• M.Ed. from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated success working with youth/students.
• Experience in mentoring/coaching is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular 1:1 support to help students meet milestones set by the Senior EF Coach.
• Act as accountability partner to monitor progress and motivation.
• Help students review schedules, deadlines, and commitments.
• Offer practical guidance to students needing structure and support.
• Coordinate with the Senior EF Coach on progress and weekly plans.
• Adapt support style to match student needs using provided tools.
• Contribute to habit-building for long-term independence and focus.
