Job summary

AI4U is seeking a senior DevOps engineer to manage development, QA, UAT, and staging environments in a fully remote contract. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure that supports AI and ML applications, with a focus on reliability and rapid deployments.

The ideal candidate has a computer science/engineering degree and 5+ years in DevOps or environment management, hands-on CI/CD, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Linux, scripting, and Git, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or environment management.
• Experience supporting AI or ML products, platforms, or applications.
• Hands-on experience managing development, QA, UAT, and staging environments and coordinating releases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Linux administration, scripting, and Git.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, plus strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep development, QA, UAT, and staging environments stable, available, and consistent.
• Provision and automate infrastructure, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate deployments and environment configurations across teams.
• Support infrastructure and deployment needs for AI and ML applications, including model deployment environments and AI pipelines.
• Monitor environment health, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain logging, alerting, access controls, backups, and operational documentation.
• Work with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and release teams to improve reliability and delivery practices.
