Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Data Analysts to contribute to a high-impact customer project focused on business data analysis and AI training. You’ll apply your expertise in data analysis, document review, data privacy, and quality assurance to evaluate large-scale datasets and provide high-quality input that helps improve how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

• Proven experience handling and analyzing large business datasets.
• Experience with personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive data.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, protocols, and best practices.
• Background in data analysis, document review, data quality assurance, audit, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
